In conjunction with LEAPS Consulting, Marymount is pleased to offer our latest Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification program at the University’s Ballston location. SPACE IS LIMITED.

WHAT: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program

INSTRUCTOR: Monroe Ratchford, LEAPS Consulting, Six Sigma Master Black Belt. LEAPS Consulting is an accredited provider through The Council for Six Sigma Certification.

WHERE: Marymount University, 4040 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA

WHEN: Monday-Friday, May 1-5, 2017, 8:30am-5pm 

Objectives
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training develops the critical skills required to improve organizational performance, drive out waste and reduce defects. Participants learn how to use proven Six Sigma methodology and statistical tools to contribute to the sured-button-for-weblss012617ccess of their organization, including processes for collecting and analyzing data, and leading and executing process-level improvement projects.

For all sectors, public or private, Lean Six Sigma certification bolsters your resume and provides the skills to solve your company’s most critical problems.
