Eric Clapton at Marymount Reston This Fall

Ladies and Gentleman: Marymount University’s Reston Center is proud to present Eric eclapton071713Clapton!

Well…”Slowhand” won’t be at the Wiehle Avenue location live in the flesh, but he will be featured prominently in Reston’s Fall 2013 undergraduate course for transfer students, Discover (DSC) 201.

DSC 201: Music’s Cream de la Creme traces the careers of Clapton and Cream bandmates Ginger Baker and Jack Bruce. Through a sequence of high-quality film documentaries, students will discover how these Rock and Roll Hall of Famers created some of the greatest and long-lasting musical masterpieces of the last 50 years.

DSC 201 is Marymount’s required inquiry-based course for transfer students. Beyond the inquiry topic, students learn about the resources at Marymount from library services to career development opportunities.

Students interested in registering for DSC 201: Music’s Cream de la Creme, or any other required Liberal Arts Core courses should visit Marymount’s Marynet online scheduling and registration system.
