Summary: As organizations grow and then mature, they tend to become less innovative and more focused on their markets. The behavior of managers also changes in ways that parallel the organization’s momentum, and almost always in ways that are destructive. Dr. Combs will lead a discussion of the issue and proposes a way of avoiding that pitfall.
