- The B.S. in Health Information Management program offers courses in health care management, information technology, and medical information management, including medical coding. From day one, students can apply their new skills to increase efficiency in the delivery of quality health care within their organization.
- The Health Information Technology Certificate (post-baccalaureate) is for students who have previously earned a bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field or an allied health field.
- Track I for IT professionals focuses on health care delivery systems, medical terminology, legal issues in health care, and health care reimbursement.
- Track II for allied health professionals emphasizes training in computer and database technology, computer networking, electronic document management, and computer security.
